Do you offer a trade credit account?
Yes, we offer a trade account so you can pay for your materials, tools and workwear when you can, with flexible credit limits and monthly payment set up. This makes it easier to manage invoicing and receipts, and you can securely allow your work colleagues to order on your account.
How do I get a copy of an invoice?
Please log in to your online personal account to obtain a copy of your invoice. Navigate to your order history and select the order you’d like the invoice for. View order details and then select email invoice. If you have any issues, please give us a call, or drop us an email. We keep copies of all invoices for 18 months, then they will be archived.
Do the prices on your website include VAT?
All our products include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

Yes, we offer flexible delivery to suit your needs.
Can I amend my contact details?
Please log in to your account to update your information in the ‘Personal Details’ section.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made via credit or debit card.
Why is delivery not available for an item?
If delivery is not available, it may mean that your item is out of stock, or it isn’t available for delivery in your area.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders of stocked items are generally delivered in 1-3 working days, however when you place your order, you’ll be given a more specific timeframe.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery starts from £4.95 and goes up to £12.95 for faster delivery. Orders over £100 excluding VAT will be delivered free of charge.
Can I choose a delivery date?
You can choose a delivery date up to 7 days in advance.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can change delivery details in your account. If you’ve already placed an order, we cannot make any amends.
Do I have to be there to accept the delivery?
Yes, you will need to be available on the day of delivery to accept your order.
Can I choose to collect from the store?
Yes, we offer a click-and-collect service to our store in Hull on Wilcolmlee. Payment must be made online when choosing the click-and-collect service. You will be able to collect within an hour for in-stock items only.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us via telephone if you’d like to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order for any product after it has been picked from our warehouse, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. To avoid unwanted items being dispatched, please let us know without delay if you wish to cancel any or part of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
If you’ve received an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone or email and reference your order number and full details of the products you’ve ordered. One of our dedicated team members will be able to resolve the issue with you.
How do I return a faulty product?
If you receive a faulty item, this can be returned to us. We will refund the cost of your goods back to your original payment method.
What are the details of my warranty?
All our items come with a 1-year warranty that covers you for any manufacturing defects. It will not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications.
Do you accept returns?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, let us know within 14 working days of receiving your items and we can issue a refund. Please make sure your goods are returned in the original packaging, with the labels intact. If your items have been opened, and you have found a fault, we will be able to offer an exchange.
If you have bought your items online, you can return to the store, or if you’re returning via post, you will need to cover the postage charges.
How do I make a complaint to Hull Drainage and Workwear Supplies?
Contact us via telephone or email to raise a complaint and a dedicated member of our team will get back to you as soon as they can.
Can I cancel my order?

We try our best to stock everything in our store so you can walk away and get on with the job at hand. If you’re looking for something specific, give us a call and we’ll be able to make sure it’s available when you arrive.

Does the store have parking?
Yes, we do have onsite parking at the front of the store and there’s also plenty of on-street parking.
